ASE’s Leadership Development Academy (LDA) is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to run a dealership and generate hundreds of ideas to improve performance in your own dealerships. It will be held in the UK in English covering two fourteen day periods with a mid-course break for two weeks.
Led by ASE’s Profit Optimisation Team under the guidance of Trevor Jones and Steve Hopewell along with recognised experts in their fields, the course will consist of nineteen modules covering a range of topics from Vehicle Sales, After Sales and General Dealership Management to Budgetary Control, Recruitment and Online Marketing. This cohesive learning experience is targeted at managers at all levels who have aspirations to manage a dealership or group.
