REMOTE SUPPORT

Step1:

Click here to start the Remote Desktop Support. After clicking on this link please download the programme (fvw_k.exe) and execute it. This is easy and takes only a few minutes – and is of course absolutely secure.

Tip: If you require the programme at a later time, save it directly to your desktop for it to be readily available and easy to find.

Step 2:

You will be asked to enter a session ID which will be provided by us. As soon as you enter the ID our support team will be able to access your computer/screen remotely.

Note: The software is produced by a third party of high renown and you can always easily keep track on whether you are connected to our support team or not. After finishing the remote session, no part of the software remains on your PC (no installation). As soon as the remote session is closed no further access to your PC / screen will be possible.
